Cream Filled Churros

If you thought churros couldn’t get any better, wait until you try them with a cloud of sweet n2o whipped cream tucked inside. Traditionally served plain or with chocolate sauce, churros take on a whole new personality when filled with light, fluffy cream made in seconds using a cream charger.

The combination of a crunchy cinnamon-sugar crust and cold, airy cream is a match made in dessert heaven. Best of all? You can make these at home without fancy bakery equipment — your cream charger and dispenser do all the heavy lifting.

ingredients for Cream-Filled Churros

Step-by-Step Instructions

Make the Churro Dough

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
  • Let the dough cool for 5 minutes, then beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth.

Pipe & Fry

  • Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  • Transfer dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe 5–6 inch lengths directly into the hot oil, cutting with scissors.
  • Fry until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

 Pipe and Fry the churros

Coat in Cinnamon Sugar

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.

Roll warm churros in the mixture until fully coated.

  • Prepare the Cream Filling
  • Add cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to your whipped cream dispenser.
  • Seal, connect one cream charger with pressure regulator, and shake well.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Fill the Churros

Using a small paring knife or skewer, poke a hole through the center of each churro.

Insert the cream dispenser nozzle into one end and fill until the cream starts to peek out.

Serving Suggestions

Serve immediately while the churros are still warm and crispy.

Drizzle with chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.

For a fun twist, flavor your cream with coffee, matcha, or caramel syrup before charging.

Using a cream charger doesn’t just save time — it creates a lighter, more stable whipped cream that stays fluffy even inside warm pastries. The N2O aerates the cream perfectly, so every bite has that luxurious melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Cream-filled churros are the kind of dessert that make you close your eyes with the first bite. The crunch, the sweetness, the cool cream — it’s pure happiness on a plate. And thanks to the cream charger, it’s easy enough for a weeknight indulgence, but impressive enough to wow guests.
