Thank you for choosing Hotwhip! To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we have established the following shipping policy:
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been made. Please note that all products only ship within the United States.

Due to product size issues, we do not accept P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a residential address.
1.Shipping fee
Free shipping on orders over $60.
$7.99 shipping fee for orders under $60.
2. Order Information Modification
If you need to modify your order information, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, no modifications can be made.
3. Handling Time
Typically, orders require 0-1 day for preparation.
4. Shipping Time
Delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
Orders may experience delays during holidays such as Independence Day, Labor Day and Christmas. We will notify you via email with specific details. If an order remains in the label creation status for more than 4 days, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the shipping provider to arrange a reshipment.

For wholesale orders, if our overseas warehouses have sufficient stock, we can ensure normal shipping. If there is no inventory, we will communicate with you via email to discuss further arrangements.
